As I started to feel the burn out, miss my time with Charlee, my eyes hurt from computers all the time, and I felt glued to the internet space I decided it was time to step away from my little business. I craved books, time, freedom from my phone/computer, and slowing down. My full time job was fulfilling the space and joy of sharing health and food knowledge. Then the crazy 2020 happened… and just as that started, I found out I was pregnant so I knew it was time to let go for now.
Now that time has passed, and my 2020 baby is now a toddler, we’ve added a second baby now, and Charlee is a super busy teen – I feel pulled to share food tips and tricks again. Even though there is a massive amount of information available and tons of amazing Instagram pages to follow, I’m still amazed at how fun is it to connect, share and be apart of someones journey to finding health. Even if its just for a few seconds on a page scroll or quick blog read– so here we go again.
I’ll be sharing my favorite recipes, tips & tricks to making food simple again, and clean/simple products for the home that I love.
